  • Importance of communication - Teams are transformed and performance improves when they are effective communicators.  Too many times team members create a story of reality in their head and the story comes to life and untimely impacts themselves and others.   
  • Types of communication - this session will explore all types of communication styles and offer suggestions on how communication styles are valuable in connecting with others at all relationship levels.

Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

  • Conflict is real - reducing conflict in the workplace  can improve many aspects of the workplace.  Quality of life, performance, creativity, profitability, morale and much more is a direct result of reducing conflict.  
  • People and Conflict - This session will demonstrate how we behave differently based on our 4 types of behavior styles.  No style is better than another but they can be completely opposite of one another - resulting in conflict.  Learn how people can be very predictable and therefore this should reduce conflict immediately.  

Dealing with Change / Implementing Change

  • Why are we changing? - Teams often times question why change is necessary.  The perceptions and drama associated with the process can have a huge impact on the organization and the ability to implement much needed change.
  • Encourage the Change - Organizations must embrace change, especially in a fast evolving market place.  Those organizations that reject changing often times experience adverse impacts.  This session will provide encouraging strategies in how to lead change but also deal with those team members who reject changing.  

CUSTOMER Experience (CX Effect)

  • Customers Perceptions - customers perceptions begin immediately.  Teams members must understand customer experience is invaluable in todays competitive world.  This session will take a look at the ways customers development their experience value and the impact it can have both good and bad to an organization.
  • The CX effect - Illustrations of how organizations focus on this topic solely to accomplish objectives.  This is not limited to business but also civic organizations, churches and many other groups.  

Developmental Leadership

  • Developing Teams - this training teaches skills useful in evaluating team members in a specific task and demonstrates to leaders the types of motivation and competence within their team.  Too often we throw team members the keys and expect much more than what is being delivered. 
  • Method to development - the ideas presented will provide leaders with the tools to lead with more awareness of the needs of the team and hopefully will improve performance and communication.

  • Every organization needs leadership that is committed to being the best leader possible
